When I first browsed through it on the shelf, it appeared to be funny with some life lessons to learn. When I brought it home and started to read it, I found the constant use of the word f@ck extremely annoying. I didn't even bother reading past page 5.

I'd recommend just reading Marie Kondo's books. Kondo already discusses how her method of only keeping "what makes you happy" can be applied to your life, relationships, and career.

Knight's "parody" book focuses on the discarding and the negative, instead of on what makes you happy (or who you would want to "give f*ucks" to).

This book is what happens when you try to stretch out a sentence into a book. So. Incredibly. Boring.

A few pages in I realized I didn't Give a F*ck about this "book" or it's annoying "writer".

Great book for sorting out one's mental clutter. After reading about one third of the book, I realized that I was already practicing not giving a f for a number of years. However, I'm 60 now and I wish I'd read this book when I was 30. It would have saved me a lot of misery!

Wasn't for me. I guess because I already am a natural practitioner of not giving a f*ck

I found it ridiculously funny and a useful guide. Though already 'enlightened' or 'an *******', I'm not yet sure, I see the benefits of this book for some people I know.
