This book was born out of yet another successful blogger which means it's extremely readable and laid out in a very clear format. While a lot of info in this book is not new and contained in other current health books, there was enough new material to make it a worthwhile read. She doesn't make her arguments too complicated which has prompted me to consider making some small changes in what I eat. She's extremely positive throughout the book which is pretty inspirational and motivating. I wish there were more snack recipes but maybe I'll visit her blog to find them... That was probably what the author hoped readers would do anyway.
I have tried a couple of recipes from the book and they turned out really well. The strawberry chia seed pudding was so easy to make. The lentil loaf was yummy.
