"Give two juniper berries to each cat-except for Minnowkit and Pebblekit. They can have one each. Can you remember what juniper is for?"
"Bellyache, but they're getting better, and their bellies aren't aching anymore. Strength! You're giving them juniper so they'll get strong again!"

SummaryAdd a Summary
The Clans begin to settle into their new home. Leafpool falls increasingly in love with Crowfeather, and receives another prophecy: Before there is peace, blood will spill blood, and the lake will run red. She and Crowfeather run away to be together with one another, only to return after being warned of an impending badger attack. Leafpool returns, but is too late, as Cinderpelt, her mentor is killed. Leafpool and Crowfeather decide to end their relationship.
Finally settled in at home by the lake, Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw find that they are destined to be together, despite dispute from Ashfur. Meanwhile, Leafpool finds herself in love with WindClan's Crowfeather - which is against both the warrior code and the laws of a medicine cat. But when she is lead to leave the Clan, she must realize that her heart is really with healing - after a deadly badger attack in ThunderClan's camp.
